This week I was finally able to get the right documentation to download Fusion 360. My plan moving forwards is to hopefully learn the basics of Fusion 360, so I can have another redeeming quality when I go into college.

Ever since the coronavirus self-quarantine I've been just messing around with solidworks. During this unprecedented time I will be working on Fusion 360, one of AutoDesk's CAD software. I'll be doing the lessons and hopefully excel in it. This picture is one of the things I was working on.

This week I learned how to insert a sketch into solidworks and trace over it using various tools. The image below is my first 3d print using this method.

I planned out the necessary steps in drilling the hole into the brick. First thing I had to do was set up the drill press settings (RPM, inserting the drill bit, etc.). Then I gathered a couple of my friends/classmates to help me do the drilling.

I started doing research on what base I'd like to have for the VR cable suspension. I decided on having a brick as the base. I also realized I'd need to drill a hole through the brick to fit the PVC pipe in it, so I researched on what drill bit I would need to order. The image below shows the masonry bit I chose to purchase.
